Securing this validation confirms XPIENT’s compliance with VISA U.S.A.’s Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) Payment Application Best Practices.  The CISP Payment Application Best Practices establishes a set of 13 best practices designed to protect sensitive information from being compromised.  These best practices, which also include numerous subset-best practices, are directed to assist software vendors to create secure payment applications that help merchants and service providers comply with CISP.  Acknowledgment of xpient’s CISP validation further demonstrates xpient’s commitment to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of cardholder data and personal data whenever VISA cardholders make purchases from merchants using XPIENT’s payment processing application.
